Few things bring relaxation,
healing, and restoration like massage. I am
continually amazed at the body's response to
touch and the changes it offers each
individual.
|
I
draw on multiple massage techniques to facilitate a
client's restoration to a calm and vital sense of
well-being; whether that means relieving chronic pain
and stiffness, relaxing a stressed nervous system, or
invigorating a dragging spirit.
I graduated from the Cortiva Institute School of
Massage Therapy in April 2010 after being a "stay
at home mom" for 12 years. I was inspired to
study massage after experiencing many aches and
pains in my own body and personally benefiting
from the bodywork I had received. Secondly, being
a busy mom and carrying my own burdens as well as
the burdens of the family I know what a retreat
receiving massage can be, and wanted to be a part
of offering that to others.
